How Colour Analysis Transformed My Wardrobe and Confidence

For years, I stood in front of my wardrobe feeling frustrated. Despite having plenty of clothes, nothing seemed to go together, and I often felt like I had nothing to wear.

I’d buy a blouse in one colour, trousers in another, and a jacket in a completely different shade—only to realise later that nothing matched. My wardrobe was a mix of colours, styles, and impulse buys that didn’t quite work. Shopping felt overwhelming, dressing in the morning was stressful, and honestly, my confidence took a hit.
I’m so glad I discovered my best colours before menopause hit—because when it did, it brought its own set of challenges. The body changes, fluctuating moods, and shift in confidence can make it so easy to feel lost in your style. But because I already knew what suited me, I didn’t have to second-guess myself. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I had a wardrobe that worked for me, making it so much easier to navigate those changes with confidence.
The Turning Point: Discovering My Best Colours
Everything changed when I had my colours analysed.
I finally understood why some outfits made me feel fresh and radiant while others made me look tired or washed out. Certain shades lifted my complexion and made my eyes sparkle, while others just didn’t do me any favours.
Armed with this knowledge, I slowly began curating a wardrobe in colours that suited me best—and what a difference it made!
And this isn’t just my story—I hear this tale over and over again from my clients.
So many women come to me feeling confused and unsure about their wardrobes. They don’t know which colours suit them, they feel frustrated with shopping, and they’re tired of making expensive mistakes. But after a colour analysis, their confidence completely shifts.
They go from second-guessing every outfit to feeling positive and assured in their style choices. Dressing becomes easier, shopping is more enjoyable, and they finally feel like themselves again.

The Benefits of a Colour-Coordinated Wardrobe
Dressing Became Effortless
Instead of feeling overwhelmed by mismatched colours, everything in my wardrobe started to work together. No more standing in front of my clothes feeling lost—I could quickly put outfits together that made me look and feel great.
Shopping Became Easier (and More Fun!)
Gone were the days of buying clothes that ended up sitting in my wardrobe unworn. I knew exactly which colours to look for, which saved me time, money, and frustration.
I Felt More Confident Even with menopause in the background, your can start to feel like you again—only better. Whether heading out for a casual day, a social event, or just running errands, you will feel polished and put-together without even trying.
The Petite Dilemma: Colour + Fit = Wardrobe Success
As a petite woman, I know how tricky it is to find clothes that actually fit. So many high-street brands design for taller women, leaving us with trousers that are too long, sleeves that swamp us, and dresses that don’t sit right.
That’s why knowing your best colours is even more important as a petite woman. When the fit options are already limited, having a colour-coordinated wardrobe makes everything so much easier. You don’t need a huge selection of clothes—just the right ones in shades that flatter you.
Once I started dressing in colours that suited me, my outfits instantly looked more polished. I didn’t have to rely on complicated styling tricks—just the right shades, well-proportioned pieces, and a wardrobe that worked for me.
And my clients say the same thing. After their colour analysis, they suddenly see their wardrobes in a new way. They stop wasting time trying to make the wrong clothes work and start building a wardrobe that actually supports them—making dressing simple, stylish, and stress-free.
